Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. ONLY Store credit will be issued. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can click on Contact include your Name, Email, Phone number. Insert your Order number and a brief description of your issues (size, etc.) in the comment
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.
All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.
All merchandise tagged SWIMWEAR, BIKINI, ONE PIECE AND RESORT WEAR may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.
